Couple Counselling

Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a supportive, professionally guided space where individuals can share experiences, build insight, and strengthen coping skills while feeling understood and connected. In addition to open-process groups, two structured programs—Narcissistic Abuse Awareness & Recovery and Addictions & Healthy Living—offer focused therapeutic learning with clear goals and guided progression. These programs are available only at select times during the year, creating a time-limited opportunity for meaningful and intentional growth.
