About Zenia
Zenia offers compassionate, client-centered counselling and psychotherapy in a safe and supportive environment. Services are grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. With experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, care is provided in a manner that is respectful, inclusive, and culturally responsive. The focus is on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting emotional well-being.
Supporting Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse
Zenia has extensive experience supporting individuals struggling and recovering from narcissistic abuse, including emotional manipulation, gaslighting, and relational trauma. As a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), I provide both individual and group therapy for survivors, offering a safe and validating space to rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of identity and worth that may have been diminished through harmful relationship dynamics.
Healing from Childhood and Ongoing Trauma
Zenia works with individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation stemming from developmental trauma and ongoing adverse experiences. Grounded in trauma-informed care and somatic interventions, she creates a safe and attuned therapeutic space where clients can process unresolved trauma, understand and transform survival responses, and restore emotional balance. Her work is dedicated to fostering empowerment, resilience, and enduring healing that supports post-traumatic growth.
Culturally Responsive and Multilingual Care
Zenia is deeply committed to providing culturally responsive therapy for individuals from diverse backgrounds. She brings extensive experience working with culturally diverse communities, including Indigenous, LGBTQ2+, and culturally stigmatized individuals, offering care that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. Sessions are available in multiple South Asian languages, allowing clients to express themselves in ways that feel most natural and meaningful. Her approach honors cultural identity, systemic context, and the fundamental need to feel seen, understood, and safe within the therapeutic process.
